Eligibility for Refunds

You are entitled to a refund in the following cases:

1. Course Not Assigned: If the purchased course is not assigned to you within the expiration date from your date of purchase.
2. Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally paid twice for the same course.

Other Circumstances

For all other circumstances, we do not consider requests for refunds as this is a digital course purchase. Once the course is assigned or payment is confirmed, no refunds will be provided.
